since our opening in 2016, supta yoga nantucket has been a community oriented studio that offers dynamic expressions of yoga + movement while honoring the deep rooted techniques + traditions
we offer a wide variety of practices that emphasize safe alignment and intelligent sequencing, fostering a connection to both the yang & the yin.
our teachers are encouraged to draw from their own wisdom and depth of knowledge to shape the class in a way that feels authentic and alive. we invite you to embrace this variety ~ it’s what keeps our practice genuine, connected, and always evolving
we hope to facilitate empowerment through movement and stillness, deepening the connection to self and community
