this workshop teaches the foundational biomechanics of walking. you’ll learn how to rotate your pelvis, move through all planes of motion, and stop using your back to do a job that belongs to your hips

a practical workshop focused on hip hinging and glute strength to support healthier hips, a stronger back, and better movement overall
