THE STACK saturday october 9th ~ 10am-12pm

an in-depth workshop on The Stack - a powerful approach to aligning and stabilizing the body by stacking the respiratory and pelvic diaphragms.

360-DEGREE HIPS saturday october 9th ~ 4-6pm

this workshop teaches the foundational biomechanics of walking. you’ll learn how to rotate your pelvis, move through all planes of motion, and stop using your back to do a job that belongs to your hips.

BUILD YOUR BUTT sunday october 11th ~ 10am-12pm

a practical workshop focused on hip hinging and glute strength to support healthier hips, a stronger back, and better movement overall.
