adaptable to all levels of experience, Supta Flow is an energetic, intelligently sequenced practice inspired by many lineages within the yoga tradition. you can expect to explore elements of vinyasa, iyengar, hatha, kundalini, yin, & restorative yoga. each teacher is encouraged to introduce their individual passion + technique
this is an open format practice inspired by the surrounding elements (the season & the weather) as well as what is felt energetically within the community & collective

somatics
a 60 minute practice focusing on the basic movements created by thomas hannah to decrease pain, improve function, and re-integrate old injuries and trauma. the movements are done slowly with verbal and manual cuing to gain more access to new patterns
functional flow
functional flow blends yoga, breath-informed movement, and mobility into a steady, intentional practice. simple patterns, practiced with awareness, to support how you move throughout your day
yin
through gentle, sustained poses held for several minutes, you'll release tension, enhance flexibility, and cultivate a profound sense of relaxation. yin is a quiet contemplative practice that will restore balance to your being
weights & resistance
a strength-based class built on intentional, steady movement. we begin with a grounding qi gong~inspired warm up to prep the mind & body, then move into structured strength sets using dumbbells & kettlebells
expect mindful strength, breathwork & movement patterns that truly hit different
restorative
drop into supported postures using blankets, bolsters, and other props that will allow your body to release tension & stress. this practice is intended to initiate deep relaxation. suitable for all levels, this nurturing practice offers a space for self-care + renewal. come unwind
mellow yoga
this practice infuses gentle movement, breath and time to create spacial + energetic awareness throughout the subtle layers of the body. you will spend most of the practice on the ground and will be encouraged to use the support of props throughout
forty twenty
a 60min practice ~ 40mins of active engagement through a vinyasa style of practice, followed by 20mins of restorative yoga
