cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class begins or the seasonal late cancellation fee applies

if you do not show up for a reservation within 3 minutes of class time , your space is no longer guaranteed

classes start on time ~ doors are locked at the start of class

late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancel, subject to the applicable fee

all class passes have a set, generous expiration timeline. we send reminders as passes approach expiration so you have time to use them.

expiration dates are firm and unused classes do not roll over. we encourage choosing a pass that fits your rhythm.

no refunds ~ studio credit may be offered case by case

high season ~ late june to early sept

pre-registration is highly recommended

there is an $18 charge for any late cancellation , late arrival , or no show and class pass holders and drop-ins will forfeit the pass
