guided by Meg and Allie
grounded in years of teaching and a shared, evolving practice
why this program
learning is an ongoing part of teaching ,
it’s something we return to again and again
this program isn’t about learning more it’s about integrating what you already know and shaping it into something that feels like yours
a 5 week container to refine your voice and build a class with support
who it’s for
for those:
~ currently in a training
~ newly graduated or currently teaching
~ who guide movement ~ looking to refine sequencing & cueing
how it works
you may come in with a clear idea of the class you want to teach
or just a sense of how you want it to feel
over five weeks, you’ll shape it
grounded in supta’s approach to functional, sensation-led cues and intentional sequencing
through practice teaching, feedback, and repetition, you’ll develop a clear way of guiding a class you can return to and trust
by the end, you’ll have built a 30-minute class
with the option to teach it within the group
what’s included weekly
~ 1:1 mentor sessions
~ group gatherings (workshop + practice teaching)
